Our Care Ltd was established in December 2014.  We are a privately run CQC registered domiciliary company, providing the highest quality homecare to vulnerable adults in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.

Our Care has a passion for person centred care, with person centred care being the core focus of our organisation. We provide highly qualified, competent care staff to deliver your well-tailored package with your input at every step.

We believe in putting all your needs first, to ensure you can remain as independent as possible. This includes involving you throughout the entire process to determine what you will require from us as your care provider.

We undertake a series of assessments to ensure all your needs are met creating a person centred care plan for our dedicated team to follow. Your individual assessment will identify and recognise your strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, personal choice and preferences, dietary/ allergy requirements, cultural needs etc.

We believe in consistency so we will always do our best to ensure you maintain regular care staff.  This enables you to build a relationship with your carer staff and maintain a routine within your day-to-day life.  There will be occasions where sickness and annual leave may have to be taken into consideration.  This is always matched to your requirements.

All care staff undergoes a series of checks to establish their history prior to starting work. This includes obtaining references, DBS checks, POVA (protection of vulnerable adults register),etc.

Staff also receive high quality training courses . They also have the oppourtunity to do specialist courses when working with challenging service users such as service users with dementia, diabetes, end of life, pallative,etc.
